So I'm having a major issue that I can't get solved by calling or talking to chat support. I've spent hours in calls, trying to explain my issue, so this is my desperate attempt at getting it solved.

So, I'm moving into a Townhouse. I have permission from the Landlord to get Fios installed, even if they have to install the box and everything (which of course they'd need to)

The issue is, the street that I live on doesn't show up as a street on google maps (or any other sort of "maps" app). You can see it from aerial view, but the street name itself isn't shown.

So let's use examples. I live on Adrian Circle. Adrian Circle is right behind Adrian Drive, and behind Adrian Circle, is Lester St.

Every house on Adrian Drive is Fios compatible. Every house on Lester St is Fios compatible. No houses on Adrian Circle are, even though the Fios wiring that would have to run directly between Adrian Drive and Lester St run through Adrian Circle.

To make matters worse, one of the houses that has Fios, is right behind my house on Adrian Circle. Minus  a small backyard, the house might as well be attached from the rear, and it has Fios compatibility, but my townhouse apparently doesn't.

I've tried calling and getting someone to come out to look at the place to clear this up, because I know the place is compatible, however I've had no luck, and representatives have been no help.

So please, can someone here help me? Is there ANYTHING I can do? I work online, and I REALLY don't want to get Optimum, since their highest Upload is 30Mbps and running a business from home, that would basically kill my business.

Thanks.
