does any one know why verizon has you on hold for over an hour,even after 11:30 at night? has their service gotten that bad that they can not handle all the complaints
dont want to go through hassle of switching service, but verizon might give me no choice. i pay for internet service and i expect consistent service. is that too much to ask?
i would ask some one from verizon, but i have been on hold for an hour and 15 minutes so far.
when a friend asks me about verizon, i just roll my eyes and say no comment
