A few days ago we lost power. Once it came back on I no longer can connect to my Fios internet. My router has a solid red globe, the wifi symbol is on and white. When I try to use my amazon fire tv it says I am connected but with issues. If I turn wifi on on my phone I can't use the safari or anything that requires an internet connection. I've tried unplugging and re plugging in the router as well as the ONT. This has happened once before, the last time we lost power but I was luckily able to speak to a live agent. This time around I can't seem to get ahold of a real person! Anybody have this problem before and what is the solution?!?
