I've got a somewhat complicated account/equipment problem that I need assistance with. Here is the history:
Equipment situation to start:
1 Dumb non-HD coax adapter/receiver
1 Remote for above
1 HD receiver
0 Remote for above
1 Cable Card
I made a change to my service and equipment that requested the following configuration:
1 Dumb non-HD coax adapter/receiver
1 Remote for above
2 HD receiver
2 Remote for above
0 Cable Card
Once the transition was complete I had:
1 Dumb non-HD coax adapter/receiver (good)
1 Remote for above (good)
2 HD receiver (good)
0 Remote for above (bad)
1 Cable Card (bad)
1 Extra modem (bad)
So I need the following to occur:
- Send back the Cable Card and Extra Modem
- Receive two Remotes for the two HD boxes
If anyone out there knows how to solve this issue or who I could contact I would really appreciate your help.
