My Internet service keeps breaking requiring the router to be reset. It halts several times a day.
The most likely cause seems to be the router.
Tried calling up customer service to make an appointment - put on hold then disconnected. Repeatedly.
Tried the call back system - that just gives a message saying it is overloaded.
This is going to need a technician call because it is very easy to get the Internet running again. The problem is that it keeps breaking.
This is really bad service and the only way you can get away with it is because you are a duopoly and Comcast is worse.
