Ordered Verizon Fios 1 week ago for my new apartment. Everything was installed yesterday without issue. Internet working fine.
Issue is that I cannot access anything under My Verizon online. I cannot access services, billing, deals, or My Rewards+. It is all grayed out. When I click on My Verizon, I get "We're processing your order. Use the refresh button to try again. If you're still not seeing your order information, please notify your agent or call 1.800.VERIZON.".
Additionally, autopay is still processing and also it states that my phone number is not yet verified, even though I have received the texts multiple times and have verified through zip code on my phone.
I have spent hours with online support, who have misunderstood my issue and ended up reordering services when I did not need it. I went to phone support who tried to undo online's mistake but stated that I had no account associated with my current account number, so I got sent to account. Accounts said that my account is fine and that it is associated with the current account number. Bounced back and forth with no avail and all support has done so far has created more problems than solved.
All I want is to be able to access my My Verizon account services like billing and also internet such as being able to change my wifi name and password.
