I am trying to setup an FTP site to access outside of my network, but I am not able to forward port 21 on my Quantum Gateway. I've tried rebooting the router and forwarding it multiple times, but every time I check to see if port 21 is open, canyouseeme.org etc all says it's closed, and I cannot access my FTP site outside of my local network. Is port 21 blocked by Verizon by chance?
