I was setup for a Verizon install, tech came, could not install due to electric pole positioning, Verizon Construction was then supposed to come and install a wire between the poles. This never happened. Verizon had me reschedule and the same thing happened again. Verizon then spoke to me, Anthony, saying he would schedule construction to come out and promised to keep in touch. This never happened. Today I received a cancellation message. I tried calling three times and was told it was cancelled and that I initiated this.
I guess Verizon does not want my business. In addition, the phone reps were very unprofessional. I do not need to pay Verizon to be treated poorly.
