I am being overcharged for my bill. I recently moved last month and was told that the installation fee was being waived by customer service. I then had to reschedule the installation because of snow. When I called back to have my service put back on because I needed my internet until they moved it, I was told I was getting the gigabit and my bill was going up. I had no prior knowledge of this and informed the customer rep that I didn't want to change my service, just have it moved. She told me that the 150 mbps I originally had was no longer avaible so in would either have to downgrade to the 100 mbps or get the gigabit. Since I was not told any I've this information, she told me she would honor the price I am already paying for the gigabit and adjust the previous order fees. Now, I am being told that I still need to pay an extra $136 for installation fees that were waived from the beginning. I'm also being told that there is no record that these fees were supposed to be waived or the amount that was supposed to be honored. I don't understand how or why the customer service agreement does not correspond with my actual bill.
