I am not sure if this is the proper place for this post, but I hope someone can help. In Dec. 2016 I called Verizon regarding my rate increase. The rep stated that he could give me a discount rate. However, he did not tell me that I was being given a 2 year contract with an early termination fee. I did recieve an email, after the phone call was complete, but at no time did I agree to a 2 year contract. Can someone help me resolve this issue?
