Upgrade in FIOS service resulting in slower website response times or even blocking.

Hopefully, someone can provide guidance on best way to troubleshoot the following -

After upgrading FIOS service and receiving new FIOS-G1100 Quantum Router.  My benchmark speed provides results equal to what was promised.

However, I have continually noticed the following:

.Inconsistant call quality with VoIP calls using my Business Skype (no difference in my configuration)

.Websites not responding or extremely long pauses before displays (refresh refresh)

----> I can solve website issues if/when I VPN and eliminates the pauses or delays.

.About 85% blockage of websites I could previously visit without problem (some may have adult content but not blocked via router setting)

I will include some tracert to view what I consider odd but curious if anything I can do to resolve myself? Especially the -Request timed out moments which seems consistent.

In summary, I never had problems with the previous slower service with any of the above items but after upgrade it appears I've gone backwards in quality and delays.
