I had scheduled an appointment for a technician today because there was a problem with my Fios internet. I am a new customer and needed help installing the internet. They said he/she would arrive around 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. I've been waiting since noon but the technician still has not arrived, it's been six hours. I've also called the Verizon customer service but they put me on hold and told me it would take another hour to get a representative so I am still waiting. It's seriously been too long. Can someone please help me?
