I transferred service from my house to my new house. I got my bill this month and was chargers $100 early termination fee on my old account and then an initiation fee at my new account. I was aware of the initiation fee since they had to come out but was never told of an early termination fee since service was to be transferred. I've been a customer for over three years. Very frustrated. I've tried several times to get somebody on the phone but I'm not able to.
