How do i get Fios in my city?

Hello Verizon Community, 

So I moved to the city of Carson California about a year ago to find out that Fios is not available in my new city (Tears). I thought.... okay maybe ill wait a few months and hopefully it becomes available. About a year later Verizon Fios Cable/Internet is still not available.

So my question here is how do i go about having FIOS availble in my city? What steps do i need to take to get their blazzing fast internet? Hope you guys can help!
