I have paid my last month bill of $74.99, but used only 4 days of service. So Verizon supposed to return around $65 back to me.
I have called around 10 times and I was end up explaining my issue with Customer Care department, then Billing Department, and then Finance department. Verizon confirmed to refund the money, but till today I did not get my money back. It’s been more than 3 months since I close my residential Fios internet connection.
I had discussion around date 2/28/2017 and that time I was told that I’ll get around $65 and I’ll get phone call from Finance department to conform my mailing address. But I did not get any call from Verizon and I did not get my refund.
In my last calls on 3/7/2017, I was told that I’ll receive the check in 7 to 10 days. But I have not received my check yet.
Let me know what’s wrong here and why Verizon not refunding my money?
