We pay a small fortune to verizon each month and have been a loyal subscriber since fios came into our neighborhood. Lately, fios has been extremely slow. Both on our wireless computers and on our hard wired computer. It is not our computers, we keep seeing at the bottom of the screens "waiting for verizon" or nothing at all. We pay an extra 10 bucks a month for high speed....it is so slow. The solution from verizon was to reboot our router...then it was to clean the computer...so we got rid of all cookies and temporary files only to find that the system got even slower. We rebooted the router and it still is horrible. I just may go back to cablevision.
