I'll simply post my conversation with him or her here and you tell me. Also, how can I report this person? I was trying to be polite too... I will replace my phone number with xxx and cut out some sensitive and unimportant lines. I will englarge and change the text to red in areas where the representative gets fishy. I believe this is pretty serious stuff and Verizon should take this incident seriously. Also I post this as a warning to other customers as well.
