Hi - I recently have been unable to play certain Web site videos, which I think are using the "JW Player" content player/provider. Youtube videos play fine, but the other ones (specifically on the www.drumeo.com Web site) give an "Error loading media: File could not be played" - I have tried 5 different Windows 7 or 10 systems, including trying 4 different browsers, IE 11, Edge, Chrome and Firefox), as well as a Samsung Tablet with Chrome and an iPhone with Safari. They all get the same message. The only way I can play the videos is to go thru a cellular connection on my phone, with WiFi disabled, or to take a tablet or laptop to another network, (work, Starbucks, etc.) I have tried wired and wireless connections to the FiOS router and I rebooted the router, but no improvement. I was able to play these videos up until about a week and a half ago, so I assume it's something the Verizon is blocking?
