My ONT has a red FAIL light on the front (steady, not flashing). Internet, TV, and phone are all down. I have restarted the ONT many times and it just goes back to the same thing.
Called verizon tech support and it was just a robot who walked me through resetting the box and then hung up. No way to talk to a live person or submit a service request. How can I get this faulty device replaced? Thanks.
