Verizon FIOS was installed on 8/30/16 and damage occurred to my garage and home. I started calling on 8/31/16 to have someone examine this damage and evaluate repair. To date, 2/8/17, no one from Verizon has been to my home to examine the damage. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to have someone from Verizon come to my home to examine the damage.
