i ordered fios in august 2016 and since then i have to call everymonth, i am really tired of the billing, customer service department promise every month that it will be fixed , but then again i receive wrong bill, people like Miss May in customer service keeps singing, and never fix the issue.
please give me where can i file the complaint, and I am going to file complaint to BBB as well against verizon billing, we don't have time to call everymonth to call and get my bill fix.
