Customer Service

I have been trying to receive service for my FIOS account yesterday and got nowhere. Spoke with two reps and upon not being able to have my questions answered nor proper help I requested to speak with a manager. Upon waiting for a while I was told I was to receive a call back, which never happened. What is the expected time frame for a call back? One would think it would be the same business day didn’t know if Verizon had a different policy.
