I called support about getting a third of my subscribed upload speed, but was left on hold and had an emergency come up. I get off the phone, deal with the issue, and after an hour realize that my phone no longer connects to the router.
A quick trip to the online GUI later and I find that the wireless password had been changed, without asking me or alerting me. Of course, there is no where to file a complaint or get back in touch with the support representative, so I'll take the only other route and block Verizon support from accessing my router in the future. As always, Verizon support never fails to meet my expectations.
