I recently scheduled FiOS internet to be installed at my apartment but then decided to cancel it (prior to Verizon sending me any equipment). I have called Verizon to disconnect/cancel the service, but it still looks like the installation is scheduled. If I had called to disconnect/cancel the service, I'm assuming the installation will also be canceled? Do I need to call to also cancel the actual installation?
