Verizon Customer service

I have been a Fios 300/ 300 customer for a while now and a Fios customer for over 2 years. I left opt online for Fios because of hoped for reliability of service speed 300/300 and price. Agaiinst my wifes wishes. She wanted to stay with opt on line. Now that I have been here this amount of time.. I find that am forced to defend Fios not once or twice but hunders of times. Lose of service. Lose of e-mail slow service. Lose of information bar on TV. ect Just check the amount of service calls I have made since I started with you. Reliabilty of service forget it you are like the tide come and go. I must admite that I have made a mistake in chosing fios for my service provider. You at best are a third world company and magement trying to get that monthly bill paid into your account. I don't feel that Fios cares about the service they provide. You just want the money. Instead of ranting on about Fios I wish for christmas that I can prod someone at Fios to remember its customers which you treat poorly at best. Some day you may achieve your dream of providing what you advertise. I would be very happy to return to optonline.net as my service provider. I am worn out and tired of dealing with your customer service .
