Hi, anyone have advice on how to contact customer service (email, chat, phone? Which department I should ask for) and what I should say to get the Coax-only connection switched to Ethernet enabled on my ONT? I no longer have phone or TV from Verizon and would love to just used an Asus router I have for all the Internet handling. Any advice? I'm also assuming the giant battery backup we have is no longer necessary now that we don't use phone service? Appreciate any info on how to make this painless. Thank you.
