Hello All,
I am currently active duty military and deployed. I received a bill today and have a pretty hefty diuspute regaurding a charge that is on it. I could possibly have my wife call from back in the states, but she isn't up to speed on the issue, nor is she an authorized account user that I know of. Is there a live chat or email contact to possibly get this handled. Calling is almost a zero perecent fix for this with internet speeds at my location and the long hold times that plague this company....
