I'm trying to watch a show on my laptop that I purchased from my TV. I hover over the show I want to watch, click "Watch Now," proceeded by a "Checking Terms of Service..." I am then given a "Choose video format" popup, and I chose HD at first, but I also tried SD to test it. After I click one of the two, I am stuck at the "Checking device registration status.." popup. I don't understand why this is happening, thanks in advance!
