My services were suspended due to a late payment (my fault, yes i know) earlier today, shortly after my girlfriend told me about the internet going out i paid our bill in full online. That was several hours ago but it doesn't look like our services have been restored yet. I called customer support and they said that my service was restored and no longer suspended? Is there something wrong with my internet or have i just not been reconnected yet?
The earth symbol on my router is red (not flashing) and our television says "We have detected an issue with poor or no video signal on your set top box" everything is plugged in.
