I have the ONT1000JI - will I be able to get 150MBps?

Hi,

I previously had Fios but not 150MBps.  I'm considering switching.  Will my ONT1000JI support 150MBps?  In particular, if I have the box switched to use Ethernet over Coax, will it support it?  On the jack, it mentions only 10/100MBps.
