I signed up for Verizon's triple pack with Auto Pay in Nov. 2018. They made me sign up for a two year contract with an offer of $100 Visa card upon sign up. I was told I will receive $100 visa card within 6 to 8 weeks. It has been over 4 months and I haven't received the gift card. Every three weeks I call the Verizon Reward Department and they tell me wait for another 3 weeks. I am afraid I will never get this gift card, Verizon simply lured me into signing for a two year contract with a scam of $100 gift card. I need to report this company to Consumer Protection Agency as well Federal Communication Commission.
