promise never kept = Verizon...
#1 - Nov 27/2018 - I took my connection during Black friday and it came with the BF rewards
#2 - Mar 19/2019 - 4 Months - Multiple failed attemps to reach customer care and multiple follow ups and phone calls and wasting my time. I still do not have my rewards in hand.
#3 - There is no way to reach the customer care or even place a complaint. That's so rodiculous. If i call, i have to wait hours and if i chat i have to wait hours.
#4 - Is there no value for customers??
Conclusion - I am tired and frustrated with Verizon... Hence cancelling my connection with them for life... I will be placing a termination request.
Any recommendation?
