I live in row home in Elmhurst, Queens. Our block is a triangular shape sharing a common driveway.
The houses across the street that are exatly identical have Fios. For the past several years, we've been trying to get Fios on our side. There was a delay because two homes would not allow Fios over their property line. The problem was they didn't speak any English and didn't understand what was being asked so they declined.
Over a year ago and some progress with Fios, I went around with a Fios field rep and someone who speaks Mandarin. We got all the signatures from every home owner including the 2 holdouts. Now we're still waiting.
The construction has not started and no status on emails.
Over 80 homes are still waiting for Fios in our block.
How can I get in touch with Engineering?
We've left numerous messages through CSRs but no one has any ideas on the status.
I get a feeling Engineering has placed our paperwork at the bottom of the pile.
