I was supposed to have internet installed today between 3pm-5pm. The tech called at 8pm asking me to reschedule. He offered no appology and was extremely rude. I then called customer service. I asked how verizon was going to make this right? I took off work and lost 4 hours of pay. I told the lady I wanted 3 free months because of the time I lost at work. She laughed. I asked her if she thought it was funny I lost 4 hours pay and asked her to record our conversation. She said she wouldnt and didnt care if it was recorded. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said one wasnt there. I told her she too was very rude and she hungup. This entire situation blows my mind!!!! Is your customer service this bad????
