You just brought your services to many NE DC neighborhoods. You offered a great price. You offered great bonuses. You offered great rewards. I fell for it. I was one of the first (if not the first) to have services installed in my neighborhood. You never issued the $200 in My Rewards+ points to me or to the person who referred me. You still have not sent the $150 pre-paid Visa although 60 days have past and I already registered. You just sent a bogus email stating "Oops. We're Sorry. Looks like the link we sent you to redeem your Verizon Visa® Prepaid Card was incorrect. Click on the Get It Now button below." This button is a picture and links to nowhere. You are more than incompetent and apparently a con. You've also had trouble providing service 24/7. Are you going to get it together? I never had any problems with Comcast.
