I renewed for 2 years on 10/9 and was promised a price of 54.99. However, my rate was increased to 104.99. I contacted customer and they advised they would resolve. That did not happen. I then tried to contact via chat and was supposed to be transferred to someone who could help by "Pritam". However, I was instead disconnected. This was the third time I have tried to get in touch with Verizon to resolve this issue. Please resolve immediately or I am going to switch to Comcast who has promotional pricing available.
