We had new boxes and new router upgrade for the DVR service. Ever since we had it done my Fios app no longer has parental controls available. It only gives me the option to
1 Find my wi fi credentials
2 change my network name
3 change my network password
4 change wi fi channel
5 somethig not listed here < error everytime you click it btw
Before the upgrade I could make profiles for the kids and look at devices using the network etc etc, now the only options I have in my app are the ones listed above. The website tells me how to do parental controls ( use the My Fios app ) but the app no longer has it????? I have the most recent version and it is updated. The instructions on your website tell you to do things that are no longer even in the My FIOS app. Where do I go to re set up the parental controls for the wi fi ?
