I have enrolled for the 100/100 Mbps Internet Only Plan and have enabled Autopay. Its been 4 months now and still the Autopay is not working. i am paying $49.99 instead of the promised $39.99.
I have contacted the support team in chat multiple times as and when a payment is made but they keep saying change from debit card to checking account or vice versa and they say since you have added it just now it will take a month to work but i have my debit card in my account for the past 2 months and have not changed it.
