Website access to phone call log

Verizon has again changed what is needed to access the FIOS phone call log on the website.  It seems their goal is to make things easier for themselves and more difficult for customers.

 

I used to be able to bookmark directly to a screen where I could access and delete both calls and voicemails.  Now I have to go through the following maze:

 

Log onto the Verizon website.

Scroll down to phone information and click manage my phone.

Click to see message log (get error if no messages.

If I delete messages, get several screens to say messages have been deleted.

Click on a separate link to see if there are any voicemails.

 

Have the people in charge of this website ever hears the term 'user friendly'?

Maybe if enough users complained, they would wake up!
