Horrible customer service

I have not been able to get my Wi-Fi connected with the new router that I bought. I have chatted with a person on the app to try to get this figured out for over an hour, and they were not able to figure it out so I had to call customer service. I waited on hold for two hours yesterday and still didn’t get an answer from anyone today I called and was placed on a waiting list and told they would call me back in two hours. 2 1/2 hours later they called me back and have now placed me on hold again… Ridiculous. If you are calling me back I should be able to talk to someone right away, not be put on hold again.
