I upgraded my internet to 75/75 with a 2 year agreement. The online chat rep as well as the webpage offer confirmed that this comes with the newest Quantum router. I did not receive communication about the router and was TOLD by a Verizon rep that the router was en route and that I would receive it within 2-3 business days.
After 2-3 days I was informed that I was not going to be sent the new router since my current one (albeit older) supports 75/75.
So, Verizon lied 3 times - once on their webpage, once by the online agent whom I placed the 2 year agreement and third by an online agent who said it was en route.
Please advise as to how I can obtain what I agreed to and second how I can escalate this behavior.
