So, I signed up for a new 2-yr 50/50 Service on 10/29 for $24.99, where the charges/credits are as follows:
- Fios Internet 50/50: $84.99
- $5 24 mo. discount through 10/30/19: -$5
- $30 Fios Internet Discount Included: -$30
- $25 Easy Stay Discount through 9/28/18: -$25
The problem is that the Easy Stay does not show on my account online and the price shown is $49.99/month.
In fact, I've been charged more than the signed contract amount:
11/8/17: $49.99
12/5/17: $25 (after calling and complaining)
1/8/18 Pending: $49.99
What can I do to resolve this? Not only am I paying more than the amount detailed in the original order confirmation, I've also not been given my $100 VERIZON Giftcard either. So, in essence, baited and switched big time.
