Had your service for over 2 months now. Cable is still not b urried. 3 tickets opened. Over 3 hours on hold with your "customer service". My problem still isn't resolved. Cable still is'nt burried. Your customer service is horrible, your support is horrible, and I regret ever switching. Can't wait till my contract expires so I can quit.
In the mean time, it'd be lovely if you **bleep** would bury the cable before a kid trips over it or my dog chews through it.
