Have tried Customer Service twice now, including a few hour waits that I couldn't hang on long enough to make it to a Customer Service representative, so i'll try here to see if I can get some help.
For the last few weeks, at night, my ping starts bouncing around from low 30ms and can jump up to 350ms. Vary noticeable streaming videos or playing online games - unusable most of the time. Apprecaite any assistance.
