Earlier today I posted about a problem with Wi-Fi signal strength. Apparently the reason for that problem was that I was connecting through the router's SSID instead of the SSID for the extender. Now I have a new issue.
When I connect to the internet through the router's SSID everything is fine but when I try to connect through the network extender there is no internet access. I talked to Verizon customer service but so far they have not been able to resolve the issue.
Would changing the SSID number for the extender solve the problem? If so, is that an easy thing to do? Any help would be appreciated.
