I put in an order for Internet at 39.99 a month+ 10 dollars for the router rental last week.  I was told my house was able to do a self installation and picked up my router on Thursday.  I followed the directions, but something didnt work.  I called verizon and got transfered to 4 people.  Nobody helped me or could tell me what was wrong.  Finally somebody said a worker would have to come out and that something must be messed up.  OK fine.

My appointment was from 3 to 5 today.  I work until 230, so this is the earliest I am available.  A technician called twice at 1, but I was unable to answer.  After work, well before my scheduled time, I called back.  He said he was done early and some body else would be there between 3-5.  At 4, I got an automated text saying my order was canceled to call this number.  I called and talked to no less than 6 people and kept getting transfered.  Got in touch with a woman who said she would help me.  Instead of getting another person to come she kept trying to see me a phone line/cable that I do not want.  Also explaimed how I could get better Internet for 80 dollars a month.  She was very pushy and even asked what I would be using the Internet for.  None of her **bleep** business.  I juse want cheap intenet.  She then said an agent could come out from 1 to 5 tomorrow, I said I work until 3.  Well apparently that means I can't have service.  She wanted me to wait until next week.  Never been more disappointed in a company.  I'm stuck with no Internet and a router that I'm sure I'll get a bill for, for like 300 dollars.  Such terrible service all the way around.  My order is simple too.  Unfortunatley I don't have a lot of options.  Please help.
