Hi, if anybody can help me, I need to get this FiOS internet activated. I called the number and gave the activation code and the automated lady said it would take an hour. After an hour - nothing. So I called and I'm still on hold almost 3 hours later. Is this a joke? Are people given a fake customer service number or something that just puts them on hold indefinitely?
Also, the online chat has said it's busy all afternoon. Useless.
And, When I first called, I chose the callback option and they called back and it went straight to voicemail without ringing - twice!
So now I'm on hold for 3 hours.... I know this is a shot in the dark, but If anyone can help, I need internet so I can print something ASAP. Thanks!
