Hello everyone,
First timer here; I just had a quick question. Ill get right to the point. I currently have a G1100 Quantum Gateway set up next to the ONT in the basement of my 3 floor house. WiFi works most everywhere, but is very spotty (poor signal) on the 3rd floor. The signal definitely could be better. 
So I mistakenly got and paid for a second G1100. Instead of returning it I kept it thinking I could extend the WiFi signal to the third floor. I was wondering if this is possible? Could I plug a CAT6 or even a second Coax into the second router and set it up somehow to clone the original to extend the signal. Use it as a repeater/extender?
Any help or insight would be much appreciated. Hopefully there are some ideas floating out there.
