I got verizon fios in May 2014 and paid a refundable deposit of about $125 (don't remember the exact amount). I have paid on time and full every single month (every single month!). Today I called verizon (multiple times!) to cancel my connection but nobody seems to help me out with my security deposit. I was transferred from the billing department to finance department to collections and back to billing. I was on call with them for over 3 hours! Wanted to speak with a supervisor but that agent just did not let me. Asked him multiple times. I was told a supervisor will call me back. Hours later somebody did but when I answered the call, nobody spoke!
Is there any way I can get my deposit back? Somebody please help me out. I'm really frustrated.
