False marketing and careless customer service

Hi,

I have taken a new FIOS internet service online, it was showing the installation fees ($90 value) will be waived off. Here is the link and screen shot.

But after purchase the webpage showed to do self installation with link to video.

I wanted to run the wire to the room I wanted to put my router, I called customer care but they are saying it will be charged $100.

This is false marketing just to lure the customers. The customer care is not willing to help. I purchased the service is effective from 04/29/2017.

This is not acceptatble.
